Goodbye Lent, hello Easter!

It's Holy Week... very soon it will be time to put away the purple and bring out the flowers, the Alleluias, and all the Easter celebrating! Thank you to everyone who participated in the Lent "Digging Deeper" program by watching the videos, trying the weekly challenges, and reading the Mass readings and the Boost posts!

I hope you found it helpful to try some of these ways to "dig" out some extra time for prayer in your daily life. Maybe some of those things can carry into the Easter season and become new habits... I'd love to hear from you if there's anything you particularly liked.

Everyone who completed at least one of the challenges and filled out the online completion form can pick up from the Youth table in the narthex a daffodil bulb when you come to Mass this week/weekend. You can enjoy watching it bud and bloom and then after the foliage wilts you can plant it in your yard. Next spring it should come up again (though there are no guarantees with gardening!). Look for the card with your name attached on the side.
