Students from St. Patrick's and St. Mary's parishes:
Officially the deadline for signing up has passed BUT there is still be a chance that you could get a spot in our combined group! The diocese has ordered a few extra tickets and hotel rooms but it's first come first serve.

Read through the information that's on this Info Sheet and also on the Commitment Form and if you for sure want to sign up, have your parent email a signed copy of the Commitment Form to me at sofia@stpatsic.com along with making a $100 deposit (to your home parish).
In the email make sure to indicate WHICH PARISH you belong to, so that each parish gets billed for the correct amount of people.

How does this "combined group" thing work?

St. Patrick's and St. Mary's will be on the same bus, we'll be sitting as a group in the stadium, people from the two parishes can room together, etc. Our T-shirt design will include both parish names and we'll communicate as one group through GroupMe while we're in Indianapolis.
All the coordinating will be done through St. Patrick's so contact me at sofia@stpatsic.com with any questions... EXCEPT if it's about payments or fundraising. For the money side of things the two parishes will be separate.

NCYC 2025
Nov. 20-23
Indianapolis
Pictures/Videos from NCYC 2023 (St. Patrick's)

VIDEO from the night our diocese got floor seats... it was awesome!

VIDEO from the final Mass, during the closing song. As soon as the priests finished processing out, a lot of people started running down to the area in front of the stage! The energy was amazing.
Every two years, the National Catholic Youth Conference for high school students takes place in Indianapolis in November. The theme for 2023 was "Fully Alive" ; the theme for 2025 will be announced soon. The dates for our 2025 pilgrimage to NCYC are Nov. 20 (Th)-23 (Sun).
Bus transportation and hotel arrangements will be organized through our diocese; we will travel with other parish groups from our area. A few parent chaperones are needed--parents, please consider it, NCYC would be a fantastic experience for you and your teen to have together!
The cost per person is currently estimated at $750-$775 (not including lunches and dinners, and a clear backpack that you can bring into the stadium). BUT... St Patrick's is hoping to cover a significant portion of that cost through various fundraising efforts and some money that has been set aside in the youth ministry budget for conferences/retreats.
The initial deadline to register is Nov.15 and the diocese will purchase our tickets and reserve hotel rooms and buses based on those numbers. However, you might still be able to be added to our group after that IF space is available in our diocesan hotel block. But it's not for sure... so better not to wait!

Please note: There is an NCYC website (www.ncyc.us) but DO NOT buy your passes through that site directly. Registration will be done through the parish. What you need to do is just let me know that you want to go to NCYC, and I'll follow up with you and your parent(s) about what to do next.
